Assembly Department
We have a complete fabrication department that can assemble both yours and our parts together, right down to the last washer. After assembling a completely manufactured unit, our fleet of trucks will ship it directly to you anywhere in the US or Canada. We can manufacture the entire end product for you or just a portion of the final product. The choice is yours.
Here is a breakdown of our assembly line work flow:
Idea/product enters our building as a mail in, fax or attached e-mail file
Design is opened in or rendered in Autocad 2004 and is converted to the proper format including a nested version for our equipment to read
Our laser equipment etches, cuts out and makes necessary radius shapes as required
Pieces are formed to the proper angles
Any required drilled holes are added and we weld or spot weld any required pieces to the base piece
Deburr any sharp edges
The finishing department applies (powder coating)
In the fabrication department, Individual components are built which are then combined with other previously combined pieces and assembled together to form a finished component or end product
The products our carefully packaged in crates or boxes for shipping
