If you can't supply electronic drawings and flat patterns of your parts, we can generate them from paper prints and sketches, or reverse engineer them from the parts themselves. If you're working on a sheet metal based project and need assistance with the design, you can schedule an appointment and we'll help you find solutions to your engineering problems. When necessary, we even offer on-site consulting services to make the design process easier.
Our design software includes AutoCAD, primarily used to draw flat parts, and SolidWorks, a 3D modeling program used to create accurate models of formed parts and assemblies. Our 3D modeling capabilities help us to visualize and communicate design ideas, and allow us to find design issues and errors before cutting parts. This is extremely helpful when working on prototypes or making design changes and can save customers a great deal of time and money.
